This policy only covers you if you are an employersjobs.com member and therefore have an employersjobs.com account. If you have made an enquiry to one of our employer member's sites or company and are unsatisfied with the response, you will need to contact that member direct.

How long will it take?

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases we will be able to resolve your complaint within 5 working days.If we are unable to resolve it within 5 working days we will contact you (normally by email) to: -

  • explain why we have not managed to resolve your complaint
  • tell you who is dealing with your complaint
  • tell you how long we expect to take to resolve it.
