It came about as direct employers wanted to do something to make it easier to get noticed in the hugely competitive online recruitment market and attract the best jobseekers. We set up this site which lists jobs and companies in one place, and never allows generic agency jobs to be listed. The result is the fastest growing direct recruitment site and together we have created an internet destination!

    No, but there are benefits if you do. Employers use the site to search CVs. If you register and Upload your CV employers can find you.
